Dear Visitor: I am
Dutch born in 1973 and my name is Bart ... not just any Bart ... but
'the Bart' ;-) and this translated into Spanish makes "El Bart. All
right domain name has been invented. :-) From my infancy I grew up in
Leende, a village in the shadow of Eindhoven (southern Netherlands near
to Belgium and German border). After my education in the
Netherlands I lived two years in northern Spain (Barcelona and Girona). Then I worked 10 years in the import and export of European food specialties and Spanish pottery. On
previous holiday trips I had been crossing Central America and Ecuador,
but also had already done some snapshot visits to Venezuela and Brazil.
But end of 2006 I quit my job and went in 2007 on a "Sabbatical year"
in which I crossed almost all of South America: Argentina, Bolivia,
Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and
Venezuela. Pictures of these trips and other trips can be found on my photo site (click camera below). Right now
I live in Heeze (also close by to Eindhoven) and in 2009 time had come
to found ALEC International, dedicated to international business
in the markets of Latin America, Europe and the Caribbean (click
company logo above).
Greetz Bart Rijt :-) Nicknames I
listen to: Bartolito, Beto, Betinho, Alberto, ... Languages I
manage: Dutch, English, German, Spanish and Portunhol (Brazilian Portuguese)
